Step 1:

First of all from USB installation disk you will need to start your locked Windows 10 computer then move on to next step.

Step 2:

Now you will need to open Command Prompt and then do what is mentioned in the third step.

Step 3:

Now in order to replace utilman.exe form command prompt you will need to change the location of cmd.exe with command line. In this way a Command Prompt will be run to change Windows 10 administrator password when on Windows 10 login screen you will open Utility Manager.

Step 4:

Now restart the Windows 10 computer from hard drive normally after disconnecting installation disc.

Step 5:

Now go to login screen and type the net user command line on pop-up Command Prompt window after taping on utilman.exe icon. Finally, Windows 10 forgotten administrator password will be reset after pressing Enter.
