I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and friendly service performed by Imran. He had to travel about 80 kms to reach my home and did that within 3 hours from my initial contact. I had several issues with my computer that he repaired; all done with a smile and a great deal of patience with me, a neophyte in the computer world.
