Getting new software working

Most software is downloaded now rather than installed from a disc, and a lot of it comes with an account, a subscription or a licence key to keep track of. That’s often where things go wrong.

We can help with

If it’s software we haven’t worked with before, we’ll look into it before we start. We can also check you’re not paying for subscriptions you don’t need.

Download software only from the maker’s own website or the Microsoft Store. If you’re not sure a download is safe, ask us first.
