Not every problem fits neatly into a category. Maybe the computer is acting strangely, a program stopped working, or something just doesn’t feel right. You don’t need to know what’s wrong before you call. That’s our job.

• Programs that won’t open, keep crashing or need setting up
• Viruses, pop-ups and scam warnings
• Lost files, backups and moving to a new computer
• Wi-Fi, printers and other connected devices
• One-on-one lessons when you’d like to learn more yourself

How we work

We listen first, explain what we find in plain language, and talk you through your options before doing anything. If there’s more than one way to fix it, you choose. Many problems can be sorted out with remote help. For anything hands-on, we come to your home or office anywhere in the GTA, often the same day.
