If you are unable to install unsigned drivers in Windows 8.1 computer, it is basically because the system enables driver signature enforcement by default. In order to successfully install the unsigned drivers in Windows 8.1 computer here we are going to mention few easy steps.

10 Steps to Install Unsigned Drivers in Windows 8.1
Step 1:
First of all you will need to download and extract the Google USB Driver.
Step 2:
Now using USB cable you are required to connect a HTC phone with the computer.
Step 3:
From the lower left corner of the desktop tap on the Fire Explorer , then you will need to right-click Computer in Desktop and choose Manage.
Step 4:
Now you will need to open the properties of the phone device. So, select Device Manager on the left menu from the Computer Management window. Then select Properties after right-clicking on the ADB in Other devices.
Step 5:
Once the ADB Properties window appears, then you will need to click Update Driver.
Step 6:
Now it’s time to make preparation for browsing the driver software in the computer. So, for that you are required to select Browse my computer for driver software.
Step 7:
Click Browse button in the next interface and then choose the usb_driver folder extracted from the Google USB Driver zip file. After that click OK.
Step 8:
In order to install the driver on the computer you will need to click Next.
Note: As the problem mentioned earlier in the article. To solve this problem you will first need to disable driver signature enforcement on your computer.
Step 9:
Now select Install this driver software anyway in order to install the driver. Make sure if you disable driver signature enforcement, before you come to this step, you will need to repeat the previous steps.
Step 10:
Finally, you will need to click Close in order to complete the driver installation process.
