Way 1: Fix the internal cooling fan:

First of all, you should clean the fan that provides cooling to CPU and graphic card. It may work slower with less airflow, because of a layer of dust on the fans. Because, there are some laptops that use to suck in cooling air through their bottoms. As a result, if the airflow is blocked the cooling is not optimal so that heat increases and the surface become hot. The laptop may become overheating as the temperature of cooling air rises.
